We are a mobile phone repair service based in Newington, Connecticut, serving Hartford County and surrounding areas. We do not offer remote technical support, software troubleshooting, password resets, account recovery, virus removal, mail-in service, or unlocking services of any kind.
All services are scheduled by appointment. To book, call or text us at 860-213-1322 with your device model and a description of the issue. We pick up your device at an address you provide within our service area, perform the repair, and deliver the device back to you. Service times are estimates; most common repairs are completed and returned the same day, but timing depends on parts availability and traffic.
Prices we quote over the phone or by text are estimates based on the model and issue you describe. The final price is confirmed before the repair begins. If we discover additional damage during the repair (for example, a damaged digitizer behind a cracked screen), we will contact you with the revised price before continuing. You may decline the additional work, in which case we will return the device.
Payment is due in person on delivery, after the repair has been tested and confirmed working. We accept cash and major mobile payment methods. We do not require prepayment, deposits, or a card on file for standard repairs. Special-order parts may require a parts deposit, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Every screen and parts replacement we perform carries a limited workmanship warranty against defects in the replacement part or its installation, for the period communicated to you at the time of service. The warranty covers part failure under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

By booking a repair, you confirm that:
We may refuse service for any device we reasonably believe to be stolen, counterfeit, or unsafe to repair.
We do not access, copy, transfer, or look through your personal data, photos, messages, or accounts. Hardware repairs do not require access to your data, and we will not ask for your accounts or passwords beyond what is needed to power-test the device. You are responsible for backing up your data before service. We are not liable for data loss that may occur as a result of a hardware failure or repair.
Phone repair involves working with delicate, layered components. While we take every precaution, certain risks exist for any device — particularly devices that have prior damage. By authorizing the repair you acknowledge these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost use, or lost business.
If you do not respond to repeated delivery attempts and communications for 60 days after a repair is completed, the device may be considered abandoned and may be recycled or disposed of in accordance with Connecticut law. We will make reasonable efforts to reach you before this occurs.

We do not send marketing texts and do not share your number with third parties for marketing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
